Shipping Policy - Kombucha

• Free shipping for 3+ cases, $4 for 2 cases and $8 for 1 case.

• Delivery times are measured in business days.

• All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 business day prior to shipping.

• The estimated arrival date is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered, delays in transit may occur.

• We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping days are Monday and Tuesday to ensure packages are not held over a weekend. Exemptions may apply if delivery can be made within two days to the Vancouver Island / Lower Mainland Regions.

• We do not deliver to PO boxes.

• Delivery is only within British Columbia and Alberta at this time.
